About Us

Woodard Construction is an underground utility contractor serving the all of Glynn, Camden, McIntosh and surrounding counties of Southeast Georgia. We specialize in installing water, sewer and storm systems, as well as CCTV and pipe cleaning services. Woodard Construction was founded in 2000 by brothers Chuck and Jason Woodard. The brothers started installing residential septic tanks, hauling fill dirt and clearing lots for homes. From the beginning, they have grown into what they do today. Starting with minimal, worn out equipment, they have grown to be a respected utility contractor in the Golden Isles Area.

Chuck Woodard
(Principal)

Chuck Woodard oversees the daily operations of the company and the field.

Jason Woodard
(Principal)

Jason Woodard is a graduate of Southern Tech in Marietta, graduating in 1997 with a BS in Civil Engineering Technology. He oversees the estimating and billing of each project.

Kevin Woodard
(Project Manager)

Kevin Woodard is a graduate of Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management 2011. He is the youngest son of Chuck Woodard. Mr. Woodard began his construction career in 2007 working thru the summers and began fulltime in 2011. He oversees the multiple daily projects and assists the crew foremans on a daily basis.
